“They went ahead and filed notice of disciplinary charges in January. And now the trial begins on Tuesday. It’s a full-fledged trial and they’re pulling out all the stops.

“It’s really an extraordinary amount of taxpayers resources that are going in to try and disprove claims that I made, or more importantly that I had ‘no basis’ whatsoever for making claims that election officials violated the law, acted unconstitutionally in the conduct of the election.

Breaking: The state bar of California has charged former Trump lawyer John Eastman with multiple disciplinary counts for his efforts in trying to overturn the 2020 presidential records.
