The New York Post reports:
Some guys have all the luck. A Brooklyn man won $10 million on a scratch-off this week — a little over a year after he won his first $10 million playing the New York Lottery, the lottery said.
Wayne Murray got a top prize Tuesday while playing the New York Lottery’s 200X scratch-off game. Last year, he won $10 million playing the Black Titanium game, lottery officials said. Both games cost $30 to play.
When approached Thursday by The Post, Murray did not want to make a fuss about hitting the jackpot twice. When asked if he was a religious man, Murray responded, “Extremely.”
