Lancaster’s CBS affiliate reports:
Troopers interviewed Hess on Wednesday, where he admitted to intentionally seating the victim close to him in church where she was out of the view from others so that he could put his hand down the child’s pants, police reported in charging documents.
He said that the entire bible study class and all church leaders would also be sitting in the church pew. Police said he couldn’t remember how many times it happened but noted Hess did say it was “highly possible” the victim was correct in saying the abuse happened 30-36 times.
Surely there’s scripture against this. Yeah.
