Former President Donald Trump released “Trump Watches”—ranging from $499 to $100,000—as the latest addition to the collection of merchandise he’s offering his fans, joining sneakers, NFT trading cards, silver coins and more. [JMG: bibles! bitcoin!]
The Trump Watch website describes the top-tier watch—the $100,000 Trump Victory Tourbillon—as “almost entirely made out of 18 Carat Gold and decorated with 122 Diamonds.”
With gold costing about $85.75 per gram as of Thursday morning, the “approximately 200 grams (of 18 Carat gold) across the band, case, and buckle” of the watch has a market price of about $17,150.
