Courthouse News reports:
The state of Texas and an Austin resident are suing the city of Austin to stop city dollars from going to help fund travel expenses of people leaving the state to get an abortion, in a new lawsuit filed Thursday.

The state and Mary Ann Teel are seeking a temporary and permanent injunction to stop the city from providing any logistical support to people traveling for an abortion. Teel and her husband, Gene Teel, operate the Teel Wellness Center, whose website says they perform nutrition response testing.
