Kansas City’s ABC affiliate reports:

Police arrested former Clay County Republican Election Director Patty Lamb in Gallatin County, Montana, on Wednesday, five months after she failed to appear in a Clay County court on two felony financial crime charges. In a statement, Clay County Prosecutor Zach Thompson said prosecutors have a dual obligation to enforce the law and ensure the integrity of the criminal justice process. “We remain committed to sharing as much information as the law and our ethical obligations allow. Defendants are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law,” he said.
