Nancy Mace Doesn’t Like Being Called “ICE Barbie”

South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace hit back against her characterization as an “ICE Barbie” in a Saturday tweet following her viral ride-along with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in her state.

Mace became the second MAGA leader this week to seemingly turn an ICE raid into a fashion spectacle as she appeared to glam up before recounting her ride-along in disjointed detail. Mace’s look rivaled Kristi Noem’s ICE Barbie getup.

Mace claimed in an X post that “guns were drawn,” including “long barrel rifles” during the raid. She also said the ceiling caved in because one migrant supposedly hid from ICE in the ceiling. However, some social media commentators casted doubt on Mace’s account of the raid, calling out the congresswoman’s history of attention-seeking behavior.
