Trump took to Truth Social Friday morning to blast Sen. Chris Van Hollen’s much-publicized trip to the Central American nation to meet with the Maryland resident — and illegal immigrant — who was wrongfully deported and sent to an El Salvadorian prison without due process. Trump wrote, “Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland looked like a fool yesterday standing in El Salvador begging for attention from the Fake News Media, or anyone. GRANDSTANDER!!!”
